Send the photo directly from your camera or phone at its actual size (not “small,” “medium,” or “large”).
Don’t Crop or Resize
No need to crop or resize your image—we’ll handle that! Cropped images reduce quality, and we need high-resolution files for the best results.
Let Us Know Who to Use
If there are multiple people in the picture, tell us in the Order Special Instructions box at checkout which person(s) to feature.
Want to use more than one person? Just let us know in the same box!
Sharp and Clear Images Work Best
The clearer and sharper the photo, the better the final product will be. Blurry or low-quality images won’t enlarge well.
